The Cincinnati Grasmoor House's architect, Emery Roth, had a particular style. Roth is famous for Pre-WWII luxury apartment buildings in New York City. His buildings often included twin water towers (he did like the look of the exposed water towers during this era).
There was an article featuring one of his buildings in the Wall Street Journal on October 30th, 2019.
Here is a link to the article that features one the penthouse units in this building that is current for sale for $50 million.
Since the Grasmoor House is the only Emery Roth designed building outside of NYC, I feel that the $2,381 per square foot average price in the San Remo could be used as a comparable for the Grasmoor.
I guess one big difference is the view from the penthouse!
